Because of so many irresponsible pet owners here in Brevard County, the number of unwanted pets seems to be at an all-time high. Unfortunately, we can't take in every animal needing placement as we do not have a shelter and our foster volunteers’ homes are usually full to overflowing!

If you need assistance placing a cat or dog, please contact Tina at tropicllc@msn.com or Melinda at svpr@bellsouth.net. We will assist you if we are able.

If you are interested in an animal that is listed on the SVPR site and would like to see the animal, please contact the foster parent by phone or email to make arrangements as we cannot bring all of our fosters to Petco or PetSmart every weekend. Also, please note that most of the foster parents work full time jobs and are not always able to respond to your inquiry immediately. If you send an e-mail or leave a voice mail, please allow at least a day for a response. Thank you for your patience!
