Krieger is a mix breed male born in Jan 2009.  He's 55 pounds and probably a mix of several breeds, a tried and true "mutt".  His exuberance makes him a good companion for an active family that likes to include their dog in the fun.  He enjoys walks and loves to play.  He is completely house trained and crate trained.  He does not need to stay in a crate as he never has an accident in the house and doesn't chew.  He's very smart and a fast learner, eager to please.  While he knows sit, stay, come and and no he is still young and sometimes forgets his training in exciting new surroundings.  However he is very well trained and great when it comes to obeying commands.  He loves puppies and will play outside all day long if there is someone to play with.  He loves and bonds easily to his "family".  Will make a wonderful companion.  

 

All dogs available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.  Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.  If you are interested in Krieger please e-mail Tina at tropicllc@msn.com for an application.
