Wisper is a young, female black and white kiiy that is spayed and declawed. She is definitely an indoor ALL THE TIME kitty. She is great with kids and is very, very affectionate. She loves curling up and sleeping in your lap. She is quiet, but she always has time to play. Really a wonderful companion.
