Kasper is a friendly little guy that was rescued from a feral colony. Although he's a little shy at first, he warms up quickly and will make a great pet. All cats/kittens available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for feline AIDS and Leukemia, are neutered or spayed, have received age-appropriate shots, and have been treated for internal and external parasites.
