Charlie is a sweet and lovable guy! He loves attention and to be petted under his chin. Although he is not around dogs at his foster home, he does get along great with other cats. He's just a mellow guy who wants to lay in the sun and be loved! All cats/kittens available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for feline AIDS and Leukemia, are neutered or spayed, have received age-appropriate shots, and have been treated for internal and external parasites.
