Pepper was abandoned in an office building and taken in by a kindly worker there who could not keep her. Her next caretaker had her for a long time but had to give her up when he lost his job and had to move from his home and could not take her with him. She is a big medium-haired girl who might have some Maine Coon in her background. Shes currently living with 8 other cats in a foster room and gets along well with everyone. She especially loves people and is not the least bit shy as you can tell by her loud purr when she gets any attention. She was placed in an adoptive home but it did not work out due to allergies of one of the couple, although they hated to have to bring her back. So she has been moved around a lot the past few months and is looking for stability. She sometimes gives love bites, especially when she gets over-stimulated, which means she should probably not be placed with young children. Pepper is spayed, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, is up to date with her vaccinations. All cats/kittens available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for feline Leukemia and AIDS, are neutered or spayed, have received age-appropriate vaccines, and are free of internal and external parasites. The standard adoption fee is $85. For more information about or to arrange to see this cat, please contact the foster parent directly at 321 255-2247 or svp_rescue@yahoo.com.
