3 cute little pups. 2 females and 1 male born end of Dec. 2008. To be honest, we have no idea what breeds they are but suspect they are a mixture of several. We think lab, beagle, hound, cur. Two pups have 2 extra toes on each back foot. This is a trait common in Anatolian Shepards and Great Pyrenees so there could be some of either of these breeds mixed in. Some have said they have the look of a burnese mountain dog in their face. I say they have the look of a bassett hound in the face. Ok, what we do know is they are adorable, happy, playful puppies. Krieger is the only male. He is sable in color and has extra toes on his back feet. Mativa is a beautiful red color and does not have extra toes. And Fiona is a tan color and has extra toes on her back feet. These pups are babies and aren't housetrained nor do they know any commands yet. They are doing well with crate training. Ready to join a family so they can learn and grow. All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for Heartworm and are on Heartworm prevention, are neutered or spayed, have received all age-appropriate vaccines, and are free of internal and external parasites.
