Tanner and Tucker are two 3-4 week old male puppies. (Tanner is mostly tan with black markings on his face and along his back.) They were found by a nice gentleman who saw to their safe transfer to rescue. The puppies were abandoned in a trash recycling bin. They were scared, alone and critically young. The pups are safe and sound now in their foster home. They are being fed every 4-6 hours around the clock and are still to young to be adopted. Interested families are invited to fill out a "pre-adopt" application. These puppies will not be out at the local adoption events at area pet stores due to their age. Arrangements can be made for qualified families to meet the puppies in their foster home. *******UPDATE: Tanner and Tucker are 8 weeks old and ready to go to forever homes. They are neutered and can go home TODAY!********* All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again. Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease. Standard adoption fees start at $150.00 for adult dogs and $250.00 for puppies.
