Rags is 6 pounds of pure spunk. He's a great little lap dog but at only a year or two old still has the fun of a pup. He can hang with the big dogs and gets along fine with them but he doesn't put up with much bull. He likes to be held and carried around and enjoys being with his family. We have not had him around children so that is yet to be known. He doesn't mind cats at all and seems to be crate and house trained. All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.
