Puppies born 12/23/2010.  Paperwork from shelter has them listed as lab border collie mix but we do not have history on parents so we can't be sure of the breed or what their adult size will be.  However if you can't accomidate a large dog then we wouldn't recommend adoption of these puppies since we can make no guarentees at what their adult size will be.  There are 10 puppies total in the litter split between 2 foster homes.  There are 6 females and 4 males.  2 brown, 1 brown and white and 7 pups of varying degrees of black and white.

2 white and black puppies pictured are female.  Brown puppy pictured is a male.  Black puppy in background of picture is male and has a boxer type cropped tail.  Brown and white puppy is not pictured but is female and will try to get pictures soon.  If interested in these puppies please e-mail Tina at tropicllc@msn.com.

Please email or call the specific foster listed with the description of the animal you are inquiring about for any questions.  You may fill out an application online using the Forms tab.  Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able.

Dogs are $150-$250 to adopt depending on age and breed.  All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.  Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.
