Harley is a black lab and weimaraner mix male born 12/1/11.  Originally he came into our rescue with several of his littermates after an accidental breeding (SVPR paid to have the dogs in this family spayed/neutered so it wouldn't happen again).  He was adopted but his family has an ill child and had to give him up.  Harley is a great puppy, very smart. He is 100% potty trained. His family worked on his training often and he can sit, lay down, stay, leave it, and wait at the door until called.  He is only a 5 month old puppy so he can be alittle "mouthy" as many pups are but we are working on correcting this behavior.  He sleeps in his crate at night and knows how to use a doggie door if needed. He LOVES kids.......his original home had 6 and his adoptive home had 2.  He is a beautiful dog.  Loves to run next to a bike and has been doing this since he was a pup.  We've been training him to walk nicely on the leash.  No exposure to cats in his adoptive home so we'll have to get back to you on that.

Dogs are $150-$250 to adopt depending on age and breed.  All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.  Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.
