Masago was dropped off at a vet clinic after being found with a severely broken leg.  He was so tiny, only about a pound, so how he survied whatever caused such injury is unknown.  He joined Sushi and Wasabi who were at the same clinic being treated for severe URI and earned the name Masago because he was little and orange.  He had a brother and sister to keep him company but also a really big cast that kept him from being able to participate much in the fun.  Masago tried though and enjoyed the life he almost had taken from him.  His cast is off and he's playing like crazy to build up the muscle in that little chicken leg.  Well he should have been named big foot because he has these giagantic adult sized feet......probably an estimate of his size to come.  He's adorable and everyone that meets him falls in love.  He can be carried around without trouble and is the best little kitten.  Won't you give this little guy with the rough start a future he can look forward to?  See his sister Sushi and step brother Wasabi also available and listed on this website.
UPDATE: 12/2012 Sushi has been adopted.  Masago is a large kitten with a huge plum tail.  The leg injury is not noticalbel at all these days and he's an absolutely wonderful cat.

The standard adoption fee is $85 for our cats and kittens.  All cats/kittens available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for feline Leukemia and AIDS, are neutered or spayed, have received age-appropriate vaccines, are free of internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.
