Jake is a black lab mix born end of Feb. 2013. Probably close to full grown at 40 pounds. Active and loves to play with other dogs. Would do well with some basic obedience, good dog, very receptive to repremands. Just a young active guy looking for direction. Crate and housetrained. Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able.
Dogs are $150-$250 to adopt depending on age and breed. All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again. Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.
