Tai is a DSH black and white female and Chi is a siamese snowshoe lynx point female.  These sisters were wild when they came into rescue and have had to learn to trust humans.  Chi loves to be outside and would make a good "barn cat".  She isn't overly friendly but is never agressive.  She loves other cats, more so than humans, and would make a terrific companion for another cat.  She loves to eat and you can win her over with treats and canned food.  If she had a patient owner willing to work with her she could likely become a beloved house cat. 

Tai on the other hand is more social and has not been outside since a young kitten.  She can be timid with new people but with a patient owner she will make a wonderful friend.  She is sweet and easy.

We know these girls aren't "perfect" and their unfortunate past has made it difficult for them to be adopted but we believe they deserve a home as much as the next cat. 

They are eartipped so can be placed as inside or outside cats.

Please email or call the specific foster listed with the description of the animal you are inquiring about for any questions.  You may fill out an application online using the Forms tab.  Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able.

The standard adoption fee is $85 for our cats and kittens.  All cats/kittens available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for feline Leukemia and AIDS, are neutered or spayed, have received age-appropriate vaccines, are free of internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.
