Bella is a Shih Tzu and Bichon mix.  Unfortunately, her owner was unable to take care of her and get her medical attention when she developed bladder stones.  Bella is now healthy.  She has had surgery to remove the stones.  Bella needs to be on a special diet to lower the risk of the stones developing again.  Bella is a lap dog that loves to be around people.  She is a very sweet girl and bonds quickly to her care giver.  Bella is leashed and crate trained, and potty trained.  Bella does well with other dogs, cats, and children. 

The adoption fee is $250.  All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been vet checked, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.  Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.  For more information about or to arrange to see this dog, please email the foster parent directly at mhatcher419@comcast.net or complete an application.
