Katniss is a DSH white with patch tabby markings female born 12/2013.  This little less than 3 pound kitten was attacked by a dog and survived with only a few minor puncture wounds. However she had a pretty good jaw fracture that had to be wired. She is healing better than expected and just had the wire removed 3/14. Even though she was an unowned feral she purrs all the time and is getting better everyday.  A happy little kitten, enjoys attention and good with other cats and, believe it or not, cat friendly dogs.  If interested in adopting Katniss please complete an application on our www.svpr.rescugroups.org website and email Tina at tropicllc@msn.com with questions.

Please email or call the specific foster listed with the description of the animal you are inquiring about for any questions.  You may fill out an application online using the Forms tab.
Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able.

The standard adoption fee is $85 for our cats and kittens.  All cats/kittens available for adoption through SVPR have been tested for feline Leukemia and AIDS, are neutered or spayed, have received age-appropriate vaccines, are free of internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again.
