Maria is a 1 1/2- 2 year old Chihuahua mix (possible mixed with rat terrier). She is mostly white with black patches and tan in her face. Maria weighs around 9-10 pounds. She is very sweet and loves children, it just takes her a couple of days to settle in.The adoption fee for her is $150.
Maria was rescued by a good Samaritan along with three other Chihuahuas. Of the four, only Maria is still available.

Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able.
All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again. Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.
