This dog is about a year and a half old and currently weighs 18 pounds. He is a cattle dog/blue heeler mix, and is very friendly and social. This dog loves people, he wants to be near people at all times. He is mellow, calm, and sweet. He is very well behaved: he's potty trained, his leash manners are excellent, and he is crate trained as well. He's good with dogs, cats, and small children. He would probably prefer a home with other dogs, at least. His adoption fee is $250.

Most of our fosters work in addition to volunteering with the shelter, so they will try to respond as quickly as they are able.
All dogs/puppies available for adoption through SVPR have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated appropriately for their age, spayed/neutered, treated for internal and external parasites, and microchipped with Home Again. Dogs over 8 months are tested for heartworm disease.
